Ingredients

  • 1 espresso shot
  • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 date (pitted)
  • 1 large banana
  • 12 blueberries
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 large scoop pea protein powder
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp raw cacao nibs

Method

Step 1

Simply place all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Sprinkle raw cacao nibs over smoothie, and it's done! Note: You might want to pre-blend the date, espresso and soy milk first. And you can use any other plant milk.
