Humans Have Not Changed Despite Our Modern Society

Us humans are designed to be active. We are animals. We are designed to be in the outdoors and in nature. Sadly, modern society has made us more sedentary and unhealthy. Our modern world has created a lot of chronic diseases from vitamin D deficiency, type 2 diabetes, gout, back problems, cardiovascular disease, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Children are meant to play, run, and jump. Recently, I’ve been living a more simple life. Of course we cannot abandon modern society altogether, but we also need to make sure we get outside, exercise, eat healthy, live a more frugal lifestyle and, most importantly, live a whole-foods vegan lifestyle.
